Brian McDermott
Brian McDermott is a highly respected football manager, best known for his successful tenure at Reading FC. Under his leadership, the club achieved promotion to the Premier League in 2012, cementing Brian’s reputation as a skilled tactician and motivator.
With a managerial career spanning over a decade, Brian has also worked with clubs including Leeds United and served as Senior International Scout at Arsenal FC, showcasing his keen eye for talent and emphasis on nurturing players both on and off the pitch.
Beyond football, Brian is a passionate advocate for mental health and personal development. Drawing on his own experiences, he now dedicates his time to mentoring and inspiring individuals across sports and business, focusing on resilience, teamwork, and leadership.
Steven Reid
Steven Reid is a former professional footballer and coach with an illustrious career spanning over two decades. As a player, Steven spent 12 years in the Premier League, representing clubs including Millwall, Blackburn Rovers, and West Bromwich Albion, while earning 23 caps for the Republic of Ireland at international level.
After retiring from playing, Steven transitioned into coaching, becoming a key figure at clubs such as Reading, Crystal Palace, and Nottingham Forest, where he was part of the team that secured promotion to the Premier League in 2022. He also served as assistant manager for the Scotland national team, further cementing his reputation as a respected coach.
Steven is now a sought-after speaker and mental health advocate, using his platform to share his personal journey of overcoming challenges, including struggles with anxiety. He is also on the final stage of training to become a qualified counsellor, further enhancing his ability to support others.

Fraser Franks
Fraser is a former professional footballer who began his journey at Chelsea’s academy. Over the course of his career, he played for clubs including Brentford, Stevenage, and Luton Town. However, his career was cut short at just 28 years old due to a sudden cardiac event, leading to his early retirement.
Following his retirement, Fraser faced significant challenges, including open-heart surgery and a battle with addiction, as he turned to alcohol to cope with the abrupt end of his football career.
Fraser has since rebuilt his life and has become a highly regarded executive coach and speaker. He now supports some of the world’s leading sports teams and organisations, sharing his story to inspire and empower others.
